For almost half a century, Croizy et Fils has been making champagne for your enjoyment.
Accordingly to the region, the Soil is composed by pebbles that naturally regulate the temperature. In addition, gravel, sand and clay are the main components of this geological alchemy, the result of the sedimentary deposits that the river deposited in the quaternary.
Furthermore, the vineyard of the appellation is designed to promote the one of the best natural drainage in French wine regions. As a result, the man and nature wouldn’t have done better.
